Staff Housing is a master plan and pre-concept project for an extension of an existing factory complex. Comissioned to MuuM Architects by an international firm, the project was commissioned by the client to accommodate the upcoming expansion of the factory and the need for housing for the on-site workers. The project includes 35.000 m2 of cost-effective residential housing units and 5000 m2 of social amenity buildings. My role in the project was to lead and coordinate the project, prepare the initial master plan and the consequent housing and facility plans, build and render the 3d models and finalize the presen tation which included a comprehensive walkthrough animation. The project was completed in 2022 and is pending approval by the client.
