Riva Residence is a single house project located in Riva neighborhood in Beykoz. The design was for a vacation home with minimal space requirements. The plan layout reflected the clients preference for having the private bedrooms on the upper floor, and having a large living room, connected to the yard in all directions. The project is under review to be constructed as of 2024.
