OYAK HEADQUARTERS

2015-2017

MuuM Architects

OYAK headquarters administrative complex  was commissioned as an invitation only design competition, which MuuM Architects won. The design brief outlined a 35.000 m2 administrative complex, which is divided on three distinct buildings and an interior courtyard. Designed as an "administrative campus", Oyak headquarters not only houses the building of the administrative board, it also includes all of the head of offices of the main corporation, as well as its subsidiaries. My role in the project was to create the initial design for the first draft of the project. After several iterations, I took over the leadership of the project and produced the permit drawings, design development documents, as well as the final tender project for the construction. My responsibilities included coordinating with the engineers, other design specialists and the client.
