Kagithane Offices And Residences are a series of projects which started as an closed competition that was won by MuuM Architects in 2015. The projects consists of several adjacent plots covering a large area, and it was divided to phases of development by the owner. Some of these plots were allocated for office use and and the rest for residential use. A staggered design approach was taken while handling these plots, thus resulting an eclectic design language. My role in the project was initially designing several "office plots" in the early competition project in 2015. I returned to the project in 2017, in the development phase of one the residential plots. I redesigned one the said plots and coordinated with the engineering teams and the construction teams on site. Early phases of this project has been completed, while some are still under construction.
